Issuer: Punjab Auqaf Organization (an autonomous body under the Punjab Auqaf & Religious Affairs Department). Purpose: procurement of software development, system enhancements, integration, data migration and post-deployment support to digitize and automate PAO functions including an online auction platform, HR, project and financial management systems, and data analytics.

Submission details: Submit bids/proposals online through E-PADS (e-procurement) on or before 11:00 AM on 2026-10-20. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of only those firms that qualify the technical evaluation will be opened.
Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of bank draft / CBR in favor of Director Project Auqaf. Scanned copy of bid security with CNIC must be uploaded on E-PADS; original bid security (DD/CBR) with CNIC must be submitted to the office of the Secretary Auqaf & Finance Auqaf before tender opening.
