Issuer: Military Engineer Services, Office of Garrison Engineer (Army) Military Hospital Rawalpindi. Sealed tenders are invited under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for various repair, maintenance, renovation and HVAC works at Prime Employment Medical Hospital (PEMH), Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC) & National Institute of Health (NIH) Rawalpindi and other Army medical facilities.

Submission deadline: Tenders must be received by the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 hours on 2026-10-30. Tenders will be opened on 2026-10-30 at 1200 hours.
Eligibility & requirements: Applicants must submit applications for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials. Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a government department and have no outstanding adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of registration. Contractors should be on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D or E and have relevant experience.
Other notes: Contractors may be present at tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA rules. For further details contact GE (Army) MH Rawalpindi or an authorized representative between 0800 and 1500 hours on working days.
