Issuer: Punjab Building Department, Buildings Division Jhelum (in coordination with Buildings Circle No.2 Rawalpindi). Electronic tenders are invited from registered engineering firms / contractors for multiple repair, renovation and minor construction works in Jhelum district. Participation, bid submission and document upload shall be through the Punjab e‑Procurement System: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Registered contractors must produce a valid PEC license and comply with PPRA/e‑Procurement requirements.
Key procurement conditions: bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement System; bid security (earnest money) shall be submitted electronically as prescribed; manual or physical financial instruments will not be accepted. Tender documents, detailed requirements, terms and conditions and video guidance for e‑submission are available on the Punjab e‑Procurement channel and the PPRA website. Bids will be opened by the Tender Opening Committee in the Office of the Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
