District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms/contractors/suppliers for the Financial Year 2026–27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended).

Key Instructions:
- Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-PS up to 10:00 AM on 2026-11-02. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Only electronic bids submitted through the Punjab e-PS will be accepted; manual or hard-copy bids are not permitted.
- A bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically. Physical financial instruments (CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts, bank guarantees) shall not be accepted per letter No. SO(I&C)-5-4/2024 dated 19.05.2026.
- Procurement will be carried out under the Single Stage – Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
- Tender documents, technical specifications and eligibility criteria are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) and the PPRA website. The response period will be calculated from the date of publication of this notice on the e-Procurement portal.
