GCU Faisalabad Tender — Supply & Installation of CCTV System (Estimated Rs. 74.70M)

Government College University, Faisalabad (Directorate of Procurement & Inventory Control) invites sealed tenders from reputed firms/suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for supply and installation of CCTV cameras and accessories at New Campus, GCU Faisalabad.

Tender documents are available on the PPRA and GCUF websites and must be submitted/uploaded through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) as per the scheduled time. Bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage — Two Envelope (Technical and Financial) basis.

Key submission requirements:

• Bid Security: 5% of the estimated amount (refundable) to be attached; BOP online deposit in favor of Treasurer, Government College University, Faisalabad.
• Bids must be accompanied by Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Certificates, CNIC and other documents as mentioned in the tender documents.
• Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped bids or bids without required security or with other technical/administrative deficiencies will not be considered.
• Firms must not be blacklisted by this organization.
• Response time and deadlines will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
