Pakistan Railways Karachi Division invites bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Rule 36(b) of the PPRA Rules, 2004. Experienced firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are eligible to participate. Both Technical and Financial bids must be submitted through the E‑Pad Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk).
