Auction: Toll Collection Rights — Pirkas Road & Sakran Road (Municipal Corporation Hub)

Municipal Corporation Hub invites sealed bids for one-year toll collection rights at two locations: Pirkas Road and Sakran Road. Bids will be received and opened in the Office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Hub, Civic Center Hub on the dates shown below in the presence of the committee.

Key conditions and submission requirements:

- Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / earnest money in favour of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Hub, along with a written application, attested copy of National Identity Card, proof of financial standing, tax returns, and evidence of similar work/experience with government or semi‑government entities.

- A non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 5,000 is payable (green challan) to NBP (account reference shown by the Corporation).

- The successful bidder must provide a Bank Guarantee valid for one year equal to 10% of the total accepted bid amount within seven days of acceptance. Monthly collections must be deposited in the Municipal Corporation Hub bank account on or before the 7th working day of each month or as otherwise instructed.

- Toll tax shall be levied on vehicles as per the applicable Government of Balochistan notification. All applicable taxes, duties and electric charges are the responsibility of the toll collector. The Municipal Corporation Hub reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid in part or full as per the rules.
