Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi E-Tender for Rehabilitation/Improvement of Graveyard Khayaban-e-Sir Syed (UC-12)

Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites e-tenders (Single Stage One Envelope) from firms/contractors registered/enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and on the Punjab E-Procurement System for the Rehabilitation / Improvement of Graveyard Khayaban-e-Sir Syed, Rawalpindi (UC-12). Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System by 2026-10-26 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM by the Tender Opening Committee.

Key conditions: bid security 5% of the bid (to be submitted electronically through Punjab E-Procurement as per PPRA instructions), manual bid security instruments (CDR or bank guarantee) will not be accepted. Firms must submit rates against each BOQ item and indicate total for each item according to quantity, rate & unit rate; sum rates in percentage will be treated as "Incomplete Bid" if shown as percentage only. PPRA rules apply. A Performance Security of 10% of the contract cost will be deposited electronically through the E-Procurement System and will be returned/released on successful completion of the work/contract.
