The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites applications for grant of Customs Clearing Agents Licence through a competitive process under Rule 91 of the Customs Rules, 2001. Eligible applicants will be required to appear in a Qualification Test conducted by the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, followed by any further verification and viva voce.

Application fee: Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable) to be deposited as a Pay Order and submitted along with the application. Applicants must submit Form-A to the concerned Licensing Authority (Collector of Customs) at the offices listed in the notice. The Qualification Test will be administered through IBA Karachi; examination centres include Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta.
Applications must be submitted to the relevant Collector of Customs office on or before 2026-11-02. Application forms and further instructions are available via the FBR/IBA links referenced by the Board.
