Applicants must submit the prescribed Form‑A to the Licensing Authority (Collector of Customs) or the office mentioned in Form‑A. Form‑A and related documents (Application Form, account details, syllabus) are obtainable from the Licensing Authority and can be downloaded as directed. A non‑refundable application fee of Rs. 10,000 must be deposited by Pay Order along with the application. |

The written test and viva voce together determine final eligibility; candidates are also required to appear in a Qualification Test conducted through institutions designated by FBR. |
