Tender for Framework Supply of Medicines, Surgical Disposables, Vaccines & Sera — THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Level Government City Hospital, Jhang City. Purpose: Framework contract for local purchase and day-to-day supply of medicines, surgical disposables (medical devices), vaccines and sera for the financial year 2026-27.

Submission & bidding rules: Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage — Two Envelopes) on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Eligible bidders (including pharmacies holding Drug Sale License Form 9 where applicable) must upload a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal as separate electronic documents. A bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated price must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System or as prescribed (Bank of Punjab/acceptable instrument) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules.

Documents & download: Bidders may download the bidding documents, specifications, quantities, estimated rates and terms and conditions from the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the PPRA Punjab website. All documents and signed/ stamped pages must be submitted through the online e-Procurement portal.

Bid opening & other conditions: Bids will be opened in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang City in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bidders are requested to submit final and firm offers; no negotiations will be entertained after opening. If the closing date is a public holiday or non-working day, the deadline will be extended to the next working day. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
