Loads Limited invites sealed bids (per kg rate) for the sale of various scrap materials on an “as is, where is” basis. Inspection and submission details, bid security, and contract terms are listed below.

Inspection: Prospective bidders may inspect the scrap material at their own cost and arrangements from 0700 to 1200 hours, Monday to Friday, 12 October 2026 to 16 October 2026. For inspection contact Manager Stores at PABX: 0302-8674684-68, Ext. 286.
Submission & Opening: Sealed bids must be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Main Security Gate of Loads Limited by 1200 hours on 2026-10-16. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-19 before the Scrap Sale Committee.
Bid Security & Payment: Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order (cash/cheque not acceptable) in favour of Loads Limited equivalent to 5% of the expected monthly sales. Expected monthly sales are approximately Rs. 20,000,000. Bids without the required Bid Bond will not be accepted. The successful bidder shall deposit Rs. 20,000,000 as advance within five (5) days of award; this amount will remain deposited with the company until expiry of the contract.
Contract Period: The contract for the scrap material will be awarded for a period of 12 months. Fresh bids will be invited after the 12-month period.
