Government of Pakistan — Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) invites applications on a contract basis from qualified and experienced professionals for senior finance, fund management, advisory and accounts positions. | Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion | Bachelor's or equivalent (16 years) in relevant discipline; professional qualifications (CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA) acceptable | Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio & project finance (including PPP experience) from reputable firms, investment banks, multilateral agencies or public sector organizations | Not to exceed 60 years |
| Director, Advisory and Investment Management | Bachelor's or equivalent (16 years) in a relevant discipline; professional qualifications (ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA) acceptable | Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in advisory roles, strategic consulting, public‑private partnerships, infrastructure development or investment/transaction advisory; experience with multilateral organizations or investment banks is highly desirable | Not to exceed 60 years |
| Associate Director, Finance and Accounts | Bachelor's or equivalent (16 years) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related; professional qualifications (ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA) acceptable | Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit or corporate finance; experience in reputable firms, financial institutions, multilateral organizations or public sector preferred | Not to exceed 55 years |
