Eligibility highlights
- Pakistani citizens (including AJK & Gilgit-Baltistan), dual nationals and overseas Pakistanis are eligible to apply for open merit seats.
- Minimum 60% aggregate in F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or equivalent (IBCC equivalence for A-Levels/12th Grade) with minimum twelve years of education and subjects: Biology, Chemistry and either Physics or Mathematics.
- Passing NUMS MDCAT 2026 (held on Sunday, 13 September 2026) is mandatory: minimum 55% for MBBS and 50% for BDS on NUMS MDCAT for admission on open merit.
- Foreign/overseas applicants: 60% aggregate in equivalent HSSC/12th grade and passing NUMS MDCAT 2026 with 55% (MBBS) / 50% (BDS) OR valid SAT-II (min. 550 each subject) OR valid MCAT (USA) / UCAT (UK) where applicable.

How to apply
Applicants must apply online at NUMS website: www.numspak.edu.pk and complete the online application form. Possession of CNIC/NICOP/Passport is mandatory for applicants aged 18+ at time of admission; for younger applicants Form-B/Parent or Guardian CNIC is required. Upload equivalence certificates for O/A levels where applicable. Matric and FSc/HSSC documents must be IBCC-attested at time of submission to the college as required.
