Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Jhelum on behalf of the Government of the Punjab invites e-tenders from contractors/firms enlisted and renewed with PEC for the current financial year for multiple repair/renovation works. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement portal and submit electronic bids; physical bid securities or manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security must be submitted per e-Procurement system rules. Contractors must provide valid PEC registration, proof of enlistment, tax documents and other required credentials as per tender documents. Detailed terms, conditions, BOQs and schedule of works are available on the e-Procurement portal. The issuing authorities are the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Jhelum and the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No.2 Rawalpindi.
