Eligibility and requirements: presence on the Active Taxpayer List; not blacklisted or debarred by any procuring agency; registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority; completion of three assignments of similar nature; minimum turnover of PKR 36,000,000 in 3 previous years; submission of CDR and green challan/BPPRA challan paid; Rs.100 stamp affidavit (attested by Notary Public) with TSE number and work title confirming accuracy of bid information; Rs.100 stamp Power of Attorney (attested) authorising the bidding representative; affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no major litigation, no non-performance in last 5 years and no failure to sign contract.
Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding. Bids must include bid security in the form and amount specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
