Punjab Highways Department Tender — Rehabilitation of Eid Gah Road, Qaboolah (Pakpattan)

Punjab Highways Department invites bids from firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement website for the following highway rehabilitation work in Pakpattan district. Bidders must submit Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost only through the Punjab E-Procurement System (link with BOP). Physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft etc.) will not be accepted. Performance Guarantee (10% of contract amount) must be submitted within 15 days of issuance of letter of acceptance in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Cashier Cheque, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee valid for three months beyond completion/extended time. Rates quoted as percentage above or below the Estimated/DNIT cost will not be considered and bids will be treated as non-responsive. Bids will be uploaded and opened as per the schedule below; contractors may attend the opening at the Commissioner Sahiwal Division office.
