Key instructions and conditions:
- Interested firms/contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as required.
- Tender documents will be issued only to firms that satisfy pre-qualification criteria and have sufficient relevant experience.
- Submission deadline: tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 11:30 hours on 2026-11-02. Opening will be at 12:00 hours on the same date.
- Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with any government department and that no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
- All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of valid PEC registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
- Only contractors on the approved MES list in Categories A, B, C, D & E with relevant experience should apply.
- Contractors may attend the tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
