DUHS invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) on a DDP basis (excluding GST) from eligible bidders on the List of Active Taxpayers of FBR/SRB for local purchase of drugs, medicines, surgical consumables, disposables, medical devices and allied items. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be received. Interested bidders must register on the EPAD System at: https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Bidding documents and terms can be viewed/downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/ and https://www.duhs.edu.pk/.
Submission deadline: Submit electronic bids on EPADS by 03 November 2026 at 11:00 Hrs. Tender opening of e-bids will be on 03 November 2026 at 11:30 Hrs.
Tender fee and bid security: Original instrument of tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) and bid security (not less than 1% of estimated tender value) must be provided. Prescribed tender fee and bid security must be received at the Procurement Directorate at Central Warehouse, Dow University of Health Sciences (Ojha Campus), SUPARCO Road, off Main University Road, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme No. 33, Karachi before the opening of e-bids.
