National Assets Insurance Limited gives notice of its 13th and Final Extra Ordinary General Meeting (Final EOGM) to be held at 2nd Floor, NBP Head Office, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi on 12 November 2026 at 03:00 p.m. The meeting is convened by the Liquidator, Muhammad Umair Bhaur, to transact the business listed below.

| 7 | Authorize the Liquidator to file prescribed statutory returns and supporting documentation with the SECP. |
