FESCO Invitation for Bids (E-PADS) — Construction, Repair & Upgradation Works at 132 kV Grid Stations (Tenders 13–25)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites sealed bids through E-PADS (electronic procurement) from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and holding up-to-date PRA registration for the year 2026-27. Bids are invited for construction, maintenance, repair and upgradation works at various 132 kV grid stations and offices (Tender Nos. 13–25). Bid security: 5% of BOQ value. Bids will be received and opened electronically.

Eligibility & key instructions:

- Contractors must be registered with PEC (with required specialization) and hold renewed PRA registration for 2026-27.
- Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and submit tax returns for the last three years.
- Minimum experience: successful completion certificates for similar contracts (as main contractor) are required.
- Bid security equal to 5% of BOQ (in prescribed form) is required.
- Bids must be submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0.

Submission and opening:

- Last date for electronic submission: 2026-11-03. Bids submission cut-off and opening will be managed via E-PADS (submission before 11:30 AM and opening at 12:00 Noon on 2026-11-03 as per e-procurement schedule).
