Tender: Hiring of Pharmacy for Local Purchase of Medicines — ESSI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) are invited to submit sealed bids. Submission must be made on EPADS by 2026-11-03 at 11:00 AM along with earnest money of PKR 250,000 (each station) in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Vice Commissioner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution. The original CDR must be physically submitted or sent by courier to the undersigned by 2026-11-03 at 11:00 AM.

Tender documents (BSD) can be downloaded from EPADS after publication. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 is required and must be deposited in Allied Bank Limited, Kohat Road Peshawar (Code 0319). Account No.: 0010015894300010; IBAN: PK16ABPA0010015894300010. Alternatively submit a bank draft in favor of the Vice Commissioner ESSI prior to bid submission. Bids must be submitted through EPADS; no bids will be accepted through other electronic media.

Bids will be opened on 2026-11-03 at 11:30 AM in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives in the Conference Hall, ESSI Head Office, Peshawar. Pre-bid meeting(s) will be held at 11:00 AM on the respective dates at the office of the Procurement Officer, Peshawar (pre-bid date listed above).

Clarifications may be obtained on any working day during office hours. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014.
