Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA), Lahore invites e-bids for the printing, binding and supply of jackets and textbooks for Grades VI to X for the Academic Session 2027–28. Bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules and the Punjab e‑Procurement System (eP).

Eligibility: Publishers, printers, firms, companies, joint ventures, consortiums and sole proprietors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, possessing relevant experience as required in the bidding documents.
Submission & Bid Security: Online submission of Technical and Financial Bids through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (eP) is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price (in Pakistani Rupees) must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement System as prescribed. Paper samples and original instrument of paper testing fee and other required physical documents must be submitted at the Committee Room of PECTAA Office (21/E-II, Gulberg‑III, Lahore) before the submission deadline.
Special condition: A non‑Muslim shall not associate as lead bidder, joint venture partner or binder in agreements relating to the printing or publication of Tarjuma‑tul‑Quran‑ul‑Majeed for Grades VI to X.
