Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company (KPEZDMC). KPEZDMC invites sealed bids from individuals and firms for lease of commercial plots through an auction procedure for commercial activities; initial lease period thirty (30) years, extendable in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations.
Bid submission and opening deadlines and bid security requirements are listed below. Bid solicitation documents can be collected from the Hattar, Bannu, Mohmand, Nowshera Economic Zone Offices and Hattar Special Economic Zone or the Head Office upon payment of PKR 3,000 per plot (non-refundable) in the form of a call deposit in the name of "Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company" during office hours.

Sealed bids must be delivered to the Head Office of KPEZDMC (Plot No. 23, Street No.13, Sector E-8, Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar-25000) by the above submission deadline. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at a meeting held at 12:30 pm on the same day at the Head Office. KPEZDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and will not entertain any bid after the submission time due to courier/postal delay.
