Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company (KPEZDMC) invites sealed bids for the lease of commercial plots for commercial activities for an initial lease period of thirty (30) years, extendable under prevailing KPEZDMC rules. Bids must be accompanied by a refundable bid security in the form of a call deposit equal to 5% of the quoted amount.
Bid solicitation documents can be collected from the Hattar, Bannu, Mohmand and Nowshera Economic Zone offices or the KPEZDMC Head Office upon payment of PKR 3,000 (three thousand; non-refundable) per plot in the form of a call deposit in the name of "Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company." Completed sealed bids must be delivered to the address below by the submission deadline.
