Pakistan Navy (Office of the COMDEP) invites GST & Income Tax registered firms/suppliers to bid for annual supply contracts to PN units at Karachi and Creek Area. Bids must follow Para 36(b) PPRA Rules 2004 (single stage, two-envelope). Delivery is by supplier arrangements. An earnest money pay order/demand draft in favor of COMDEP Welfare & Improvement Fund A/C No. 01700103296198 (Meezan Bank) must accompany technical quotations; offers without earnest money will not be entertained.
