| Minimum Qualifications | Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution |
| Experience | At least 15 years of progressive relevant experience in hospitality, hotel management, business administration or related commercial operations, including a minimum of 5 years as General Manager, Hotel Manager or equivalent senior operational leadership role |
| Desired Skills & Attributes | Demonstrated commercial orientation in hotel operations (revenue, service quality, operating costs), experience in airport/transit or high-volume F&B operations preferred; strong leadership and operational management capabilities |
| Age | 40–55 years on closing date; up to 5 years relaxation in upper age limit may be considered in accordance with applicable policy and approval |
| Contract Terms | Performance-based, KPI-driven contract; initial term extendable subject to satisfactory performance |
| Regulatory Requirement | Must satisfy applicable fit-and-proper requirements under Section 165 & 166 and Schedule IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2022 |
