Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company Pvt Ltd. invites sealed bids (Tender ID MIP/07/2026) for the construction of a tensile-fabric car parking shed in front of the site office at Malir Industrial Park C-5 (CE10 & CE11), Karachi.
Single-stage, single-envelope bids are sought from PEC-registered contractors for 2025/26 with relevant experience in tensile-fabric car parking sheds. Tender documents are available from 30 June 2026 on submission of a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,500 (pay order in favor of "Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd"). Submit sealed bids by 14:00 on 15 July 2026; bids will be opened at 14:30 the same day. Late bids will not be accepted; MIP reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal.
