District Council Jhelum invites sealed bids through Punjab E-Procurement from contractors registered on Punjab E-PADS for the year 2026-27 (MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026, from 1 July 2026 to 31 Dec 2026). Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted online on Punjab E-Procurement and be accompanied by the required bid security.
Submission deadline: 2026-11-09 by 10:00 AM PST. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM PST via E-PADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security will be refunded as per rules after completion of evaluation. The Chief Officer, District Council Jhelum, is the issuing authority.
