Eligibility: Contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration and valid taxation registration (Income Tax & Sales Tax). Bidders must deposit bid security equal to 2% of the bid value in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee. Procurement documents are available from the Office of the Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Quetta against payment (document fee). Bids will be received and opened in the office of the Executive Engineer in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
