Sukkur IBA University invites electronic bids through EPADS (E‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) under a single‑stage, two‑envelope procedure for supply and installation of air conditioners. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted by registered and eligible firms meeting the mandatory criteria listed below.
