Key conditions: contractors must provide a certificate confirming no ongoing litigation with government departments and no adverse reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch). All bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit proof of registration. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders; rejected tenders will be handled per applicable PPRA rules.
