Purpose: Invitation for bids for lining of water channels for irrigation during the fiscal year as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must hold valid NTN/STRN, Punjab Sales Tax registration where applicable, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Bidding documents containing technical specifications, terms and conditions are available for immediate download from the Punjab E-Procurement System and the PPRA Punjab website.
Submission and bid security: Bid security (4% of estimated cost) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk). No physical financial instrument (CDR, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, etc.) will be accepted.
Closing and opening: Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-11-12 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be publicly opened through the Punjab e-Procurement System at 11:30 hours on the same day in the committee room of the Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha.
Conditions: Bidders are required to bid for the entire (100%) quantity. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Prices should be final and inclusive of all applicable taxes, freight, installation and commissioning. The Agriculture Department may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
