| Experience | At least 15 years of progressive relevant experience with at least 5 years as CEO, General Manager or equivalent senior operational leadership; preferably in hospitality/hotel operations |
| Key Responsibilities | Provide strategic and operational leadership; deliver approved business plan and Statement of Corporate Intent; drive occupancy, revenue, profitability and market positioning; oversee hotel operations, development/renovation and asset stewardship; ensure governance, internal controls, risk management and regulatory compliance; build and lead a high-performing management team |
| Age Limit | 45–55 years on the closing date (up to 5 years relaxation in upper age limit may be considered subject to policy and approval) |
| Fit & Proper Requirement | Must satisfy applicable fit-and-proper requirements under Section 16 read with Schedule IV of the State‑Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023 |
