Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce, invites applications for the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a contractual basis. One position is available in Karachi.

Chief Financial Officer	01	Not more than 57 years as of the closing date of the advertisement	Required (one of): Member of an organized body of professional accountants with at least 5 years relevant experience; OR Master's degree in finance-related discipline from an HEC-recognized university with at least 10 years relevant experience; OR Fellow or Associate member of the Casualty Actuarial Society or the Institute of Actuaries (UK) or Society of Actuaries (USA) with at least 5 years of managerial experience in audit or accounting or in managing financial or corporate affairs functions of an insurer, shall also be eligible to be appointed as Chief Financial Officer of an insurer. Preferred experience and credentials include: Knowledge and implementation experience of IFRS 17 Service as a key officer in the insurance industry Experience as CFO in an insurance company, public sector, or State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Knowledge of public procurement and PPRA rules/regulations Exposure to ERP environment
