Key submission and eligibility requirements:
- Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (ePUNJAB) and with PEC in the specified category. Bidders must hold a valid PEC license, active income tax registration (NTN) and be registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) where applicable.
- Bidding will follow e-tendering procedures; technical and financial proposals to be uploaded via the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Financial proposals of only technically responsive bidders will be opened as per the schedule.
