Sealed tenders, clearly marked with the relevant tender number and addressed to the CFO, must reach the Tender Box at Admin Block, HMC Taxila on or before 1400 hours on 2026-11-11. Bids will be opened at 1430 hours on the same day in the Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Tender documents and detailed Terms & Conditions are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management against payment of Rs. 1,500/- (Non-Refundable) in favour of HMC. HMC reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award.
