Divisional Forest Officer, Kohat Forest Division invites e-tenders (EPADS) for multiple construction and procurement packages funded under the projects “Rehabilitation of Toi Banda Inspection Hut and Visitor Compound at Kohat Forest Division” and “Strengthening Protection & Conservation Measures in Rakh Topi Protected Forests and Rakh Soban Resumed Land Forest Areas.” Eligible, experienced contractors/suppliers/firms with NTN/GST/KPRA registration may apply under the Single Stage Single Envelope method of KPPRA Rules 2014 (Financial).

How to apply & eligibility: Interested bidders must register on the KP e-procure portal (EPAD) at https://kpprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Only registered bidders may submit e-bids through EPAD. Original two (2%) CDR of the bid price in the name of “Divisional Forest Officer, Kohat Forest Division” (separate for each package) along with required affidavits must be submitted in sealed envelopes as prescribed. Cutting/overwriting or manipulation in the tender will not be accepted; any mismatching of scanned copy submitted through EPAD and submitted hard copy may lead to disqualification.
Other terms: Applicable taxes, KPRA taxes and government rules will apply. Rates shall be quoted on a FOR basis. Bids submitted through EPAD will be opened on the same day; envelopes containing original CDR and affidavit must reach before the closing date/time.
