Registrar, University of Swat (Charbagh, District Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) issues a final notice calling Mr. Junaid Muhammad (Junior Clerk, BPS-11) to immediately resume his duties and submit a written explanation supported by documentary evidence for his continuous absence from duty with effect from 28.02.2026.
The employee was previously granted Ex‑Pakistan Extraordinary Leave w.e.f. 28.02.2024 to 27.02.2025 for MS studies and an extension w.e.f. 28.02.2025 to 27.02.2026. He was directed by Registrar’s letter dated 21.05.2026 to report for duty and explain his unauthorized absence; despite further opportunities he failed to comply. Mr. Junaid Muhammad is required to resume duties within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice (deadline 2026-10-13).
Failure to resume duty or to provide a satisfactory explanation will result in ex‑parte proceedings under the University of Swat Employees Efficiency and Discipline Statutes, 2025 and the University of Swat Leave Statutes, and may lead to disciplinary penalties including removal/dismissal from service.
