Issuer: Crescent Fibres Limited. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on 2026-11-10 at 09:30 AM at the company's registered office (104-Shadman-1, Lahore) to consider and approve the sale of leasehold land and buildings by passing the required special resolution under the Companies Act, 2017. The proposed disposal is subject to receipt of any required no-objection certificate from lenders/financial institutions having charges registered over the assets.
The Board has authorized Mr. Imran Maqbool (Chief Executive Officer) and Mr. Humayun Maqbool (Director) to negotiate, finalize, execute and sign all documents and take all actions necessary to give effect to the transaction on behalf of the Company.
