Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Sukkur invites bids through open auction for licensing of railway land for various purposes including already constructed shops, new shops, fish ponds, car/motor-cycle parking, restaurant/food-street/coffee shops, agriculture land, marriage lawns/marquees, godowns and nurseries. Interested parties/individuals are invited to participate as per the published schedule.

How to participate: Bid security in the shape of Demand Draft / CDR payable in favour of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Sukkur (refundable) must be deposited before start of the open auction. Bidders shall also submit three copies of CNIC. Participation fee is non-refundable. Auctions will be conducted on an annual rental basis and other auction terms & conditions apply. Successful bidders will be required to comply with agreement, deposit and tax formalities at the time of award.
