District & Sessions Court, Sukkur invites open auction for disposal of unclaimed vehicles parked within the District & Sessions Court Complex, Sukkur on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. The auction will be held on 07-11-2026 in the Library/Conference Hall, District & Sessions Court Complex (near District Prison, Shalimar Road), Sukkur.

Important terms and participation details:
- Auction date & time: 07-11-2026 (Saturday) at 11:30 AM. Venue: Library/Conference Hall, District & Sessions Court Complex, near District Prison, Shalimar Road, Sukkur.
- Bid security: Rs.200,000/- (refundable) by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of the District & Sessions Judge, Sukkur. Pay Order must be deposited on or before 07-11-2026 by 10:30 AM. Cash bid security will not be accepted.
- Bids will be accepted lot-wise only. Minimum bidding increment: Rs.20,000/-.
- Bidders should inspect vehicles during office hours (08:30 AM to 03:00 PM) before the auction; bidders are deemed to have inspected and satisfied themselves about condition and location of vehicles.
- All participants must present original CNIC and submit an attested photocopy.
- Successful bidder will pay 25% of the bid amount immediately on the spot and deposit the remaining accepted amount (including taxes/charges) within seven (07) days; failure will result in forfeiture and reaward of the lot.
- Successful bidder will be responsible for all expenses related to cutting, dismantling, transportation and removal of vehicles and for any damage to property. Vehicles will be delivered in three pieces and vehicle number plates/engine numbers will be handed to the Accountant, District & Sessions Court, Sukkur.
