National Highway Authority (NHA), Balochistan-North Region, Quetta invites e-Bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department, on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and having valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the category/specialization codes shown below.
Bidding documents (Single Stage - Two Envelope) will be available for free download from the NHA website from 2026-10-30. E-bids prepared per the bidding instructions must reach the address below on or before 2026-11-10 at 1200 hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 1300 hours. Bids sent through courier will not be accepted. Bid security is 5% of the engineer's estimate. All firms must obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk; manual (hard) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
