Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) invites sealed bids for the EU-funded "Energy Plus – Green Retrofitting of Public Buildings (Schools & Hospitals)" project to retrofit the Basic Health Unit, Zondragram, Terich (Upper Chitral). Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (where applicable), and hold PEC registration Category C-5 or above. Bidding will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure; bidders must quote for all BOQ items and partial bids will be rejected. Tender documents (BOQ, drawings, evaluation criteria, and terms & conditions) are available on request via email.
