Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce, invites applications for the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a contractual basis. The appointment is initially for two years and may be extended based on performance.

Age Limit	Not more than 57 years as of the closing date
Minimum Qualification	Member of an organized body of professional accountants with at least 5 years relevant experience; OR Master’s degree in finance-related discipline from an HEC-recognized university with at least 10 years relevant experience; OR Fellow or Associate of Casualty Actuarial Society, Institute of Actuaries (England) or Society of Actuaries (USA) with at least 5 years managerial experience in audit, accounting or financial/corporate affairs of an insurer.
Preferred / Desirable Experience & Skills	Knowledge and implementation experience of IFRS 17. Service as a senior/key officer in the insurance industry; prior experience as CFO in an insurance company, public sector entity or SOE is desirable. Familiarity with public procurement and PPRA rules/regulations. Exposure to ERP environments.
Contract Terms	Initial contract for two years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance evaluation.
