- Attach CNIC/Passport (copy) — copy of CNIC/Passport (in case of foreigner) to be enclosed with the postal ballot form.
- Corporate shareholders or authorized representatives must attach proper authorization/board resolution and relevant documentary evidence.
- In case of exercise of proxy or representation, follow the signature and attestation requirements stated on the ballot paper; affix company stamp where applicable.
Ballot papers must be fully completed and sent to the Chairman at the Registered Office address above so they arrive on or before the deadline. Any ballot received after the stated deadline will not be counted.
