Sukkur IBA University Tender for Supply & Installation of Air Conditioners (EPADS) - Tender Proc/EPADS/0114

Issuer: Sukkur IBA University. Reference: Notice Inviting Tender (Through EPADS) Tender Proc/EPADS/0114. Sukkur IBA University invites bids on Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR)/item rate basis electronically through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) on a single-stage, two-envelope procedure from eligible and experienced firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Income Tax & Sales Tax and Sindh Revenue Board. Manual bids will not be considered.

Mandatory eligibility criteria include: valid PEC licence (category C-6 or above) with specialized codes EE-11(vi) (General Electrical works) and ME-01; valid registered Electric Inspector license for Electrical Works issued by Govt. of Sindh (Hyderabad Region) (renewal challan if expired); valid registration with Income Tax and applicable Sales Tax and active taxpayer status; average annual turnover for the last five years at least equal to the estimated cost; affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring no litigation, blacklist or corrupt/fraudulent involvement and confirming authenticity of documents; no forfeited CDR/bid security with Sukkur IBA University.

Terms and conditions: conditional bids/tenders, bids without required bid security, blacklisted firms, and bidders unable to meet eligibility criteria will be rejected. Bid validity period: 90 days. Bidding documents can be obtained and submitted electronically through EPADS as per the above schedule. Bidders must submit their best and final price; no negotiations permitted. Bid security in the form of a pay order, deposit at call, demand draft or bank guarantee should be in favor of Sukkur IBA University. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per SPP Rules 2010 (amended to date).
