Sukkur IBA University Tender: 50 kW Hybrid Solar Systems at SSETC Bhan Saeedabad & Sehwan

Sukkur IBA University invites electronic bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) under Tender Proc/EPADS/0115 for installation of two 50 kW hybrid solar power systems on a Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR)/item-rate basis. Manual bids will not be considered. Bidders must be eligible and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Income Tax and applicable Sales Tax authorities.

Mandatory eligibility and requirements:

• Valid PEC license in category C-6 or above with specialized codes ME-06(i) (Solar Installation) and EE-11(vi) (General Electrical works).
• Valid Electric Inspector license for Electrical Works issued by Govt. of Sindh (Hyderabad Region); if expired, include renewal challan copy.
• Registration with Income Tax and applicable Sales Tax and Active Taxpayer Status.
• Average annual turnover (per FBR tax returns) for last five years equal to or greater than the estimated cost of the work.
• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring no litigation, blacklisting, or involvement in corrupt/fraudulent/collusive practices and confirming authenticity of documents.
• Bidder must not have forfeited CDR/bid security with Sukkur IBA University.

Terms and submission: Conditional bids, bids without required bid security, blacklisted firms, or those unable to meet eligibility criteria will be rejected. Bid validity period is 90 days. Bid security (pay order, deposit at call, demand draft, or bank guarantee) should be in favor of Sukkur IBA University.
