National Bank of Pakistan (Aitemaad Islamic Banking) invites applications for the position of General Banking Officer (OG-III / OG-II) to manage branch operational affairs and ensure regulatory compliance.

| Qualification | Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute. Master’s degree, Islamic Banking certification, degree or diploma preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 1 year of banking experience, including at least 6 months in Branch Operations. |
| Key Skills | Knowledge of Branch Operations, General Accounts and SBP regulations; strong analytical and customer-handling skills; excellent communication and time management; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). |
| Primary Responsibilities | Manage all operational affairs of the branch; ensure KYC/AML and regulatory compliance; process and review customer services and transactions; maintain cash and vault controls; ensure timely reconciliation and reporting; handle customer queries and complaints; support inward/outward clearing and inter-branch transactions; assist in ATM and vault administration; maintain records and implement internal controls and audit requirements. |
