| Minimum Qualifications | Graduate degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent from an HEC‑recognized institution; OR professional qualifications such as ACII/FCII, Associate/Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (UK) or Society of Actuaries (US) or equivalent recognized by Pakistan Society of Actuaries; OR a master's in Insurance, Risk Management, or Actuarial Sciences from an HEC‑recognized university. Membership of relevant professional bodies where applicable. |
| Experience | Minimum ten (10) years of demonstrable experience in areas such as governance, business administration, finance, commerce or marketing in commercially oriented organisations; OR experience as a Chief Executive or senior management in similar commercial organisations; OR as a member of a governing body or head of department. Out of the required 10 years, at least five (5) years must be as a Key Officer, Director, Chief Executive, or Principal Officer in the insurance industry or as an officer with the insurance regulator in accordance with Insurance Companies (Sound and Prudent Management) Regulations, 2012. |
| Tenure & Package | Appointment on a contractual basis for a period of three (3) years, subject to performance evaluation. A competitive compensation package aligned with market standards will be offered. |
| Nationality | Only Pakistani citizens are eligible to apply. Dual nationals are not eligible. |
